  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging (both layers), and with the security labels of the card intact.
  • Please note that any physical damage to the product or removal of the security labels will void the refund eligibility.

Purchases from Resellers:

  • If the Coinplus physical crypto wallet was purchased from a reseller and not from our official website, customers should contact the reseller directly for refund inquiries.
  • Refunds for products purchased through resellers are subject to the reseller’s refund policy.

Initiating a Refund:

  • You will be required to give your order details, including your email address and order reference number.

Return Procedure:
