Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the return process within 15 days of receiving your Coinplus physical crypto wallet.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging (both layers), and with the security labels of the card intact.
- Please note that any physical damage to the product or removal of the security labels will void the refund eligibility.
Purchases from Resellers:
- If the Coinplus physical crypto wallet was purchased from a reseller and not from our official website, customers should contact the reseller directly for refund inquiries.
- Refunds for products purchased through resellers are subject to the reseller’s refund policy.
Initiating a Refund:
- To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] and follow the instructions provided.
- You will be required to give your order details, including your email address and order reference number.
- After initiating the refund request, you will receive instructions on how to return your Coinplus physical crypto wallet.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
- If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned product.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
